I'm a speech-language pathologist based in Pierce County, Washington, and the founder of Goldfinch Pediatric Speech Therapy.

I started my career at a private practice working with children from birth through 18, then spent the last three years deep in early intervention — supporting the youngest communicators and the families who love them. Now I'm bringing all of that experience together at Goldfinch, where I work with kids from infancy through adolescence.

What lights me up most is neurodiversity-affirming care — supporting kids who think and communicate differently, and helping their families understand and celebrate that. I also have a soft spot for older kids working on articulation. There's something really satisfying about watching a 10-year-old finally feel confident speaking up in class.

My approach is relationship-first. I follow your child's lead, respect their pace, and make space for regulation and comfort before we ever get to "the work." I also believe you are one of the most important people in your child's therapy — so I make parent coaching a real part of what I do, not an afterthought.

I offer in-home sessions throughout Pierce County and telehealth across Washington state.

When I'm not in sessions, I am usually spending time with my partner and our 3 dogs and 2 cats who we affectionately refer to as "The Fuzzballs"!
